China and Taiwan: अमेरिका उतरा ताइवान के समर्थन में, एक अरब डॉलर के हथियार करवाएगा मुहैया
वॉशिंगटन: चीन और ताइवान के सीमाओं पर बढ़ते तकरार के बीच यूएस की तरफ से एक बड़ा कदम उठाया गया है। अमेरिकी स्टेट डिपोर्टमेंट ने ताइवान को 1.1 बिलियन यूएस डॉलर के हथियार बेचने की अनुमति दी है। इस हथियारों की खेप में आधुनिक मिसाइलें, सीमाओं की सुरक्षा की तकनीक आदि शामिल होंगे।
A big step has been taken from the US side amidst increasing disputes on the borders of China and Taiwan. The US State Department has allowed Taiwan to sell weapons worth US $1.1 billion. The consignment of this weapons will include modern missiles, technology of border protection etc.
इस खेप में 85 मिलियन की साइडविंडर मिसाइलें शामिल हैं। यह एयर टू एयर और जमीन से हमला करने वाली मिसाइल है। इसके अलावा खेप में हारपून एंटी शिप मिसाइलें 355 मिलियन यूएस डॉलर की हैं। इसके अलावा ताइवान की निगरानी रडार कार्यक्रम जो कि 665 मिलियन की है। यह जानकारी स्टेट डिपार्टमेंट की ओर से जारी की गई है। हालांकि यूएस के इस कदम के बाद चीन और यूएस के बीच तनाव बढऩे का अंदेशा है।
The consignment includes 85 million sidewinder missiles. It is an air-to-air and surface-to-surface missile. Apart from this, Harpoon anti-ship missiles in the consignment are worth USn $355 million. Also Taiwan’s surveillance radar program which is worth $665 million. This information has been released by the State Department. However, after this move of the US, there is a possibility of increasing tension between China and the US.
बता दें कि इन दिनों चीन भी अपनी सेना की ताकत लगातार बढ़ाने में लगा है। हाल ही में उसने कई रॉकेट फोर्स तैयार की हैं और उनके लिए अत्याधुनिक हथियारों से लैस कर रहा है।
These days China is also engaged in increasing the strength of its army continuously. Recently it has prepared many rocket forces and is equipping them with state-of-the-art weapons.
